This document governs your access to and use of the services provided by PlanningFromTheFuture, a Canadian corporate commercial consulting firm. By using this site, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below, which are binding under the Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA) and applicable provincial laws.

1. Service Scope

Corporate Governance & Compliance Advisory

PlanningFromTheFuture provides consulting services focused on corporate governance restructuring, regulatory risk forecasting, and compliance protocol design. All recommendations are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal advice. Clients retain full responsibility for final corporate decisions and filings under the CBCA.

2. Client Obligations

Information Accuracy & Cooperation

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the performance of our services. Failure to disclose material facts or cooperate in a timely manner may result in termination of the engagement without liability on our part. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials provided.

3. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee of Regulatory Outcomes

PlanningFromTheFuture does not guarantee that any specific regulatory outcome, approval, or exemption will be obtained. Our liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Deliverables

All reports, frameworks, templates, and other deliverables prepared specifically for you remain your property upon full payment. Our pre-existing methodologies, tools, and proprietary knowledge retain their status as our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

5. Termination

Conditions for Ending the Agreement

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date. We reserve the right to terminate immediately if you breach any material term, including failure to pay or provision of false information.

6. Governing Law & Disputes

Jurisdiction Under Canadian Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Ontario. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
